LGV Driver with a C+E (Class 1) licence
Any 5 from 7, on a fixed 5 week rota 48 hour week averaged over 17 week reference period. start times between 13:00-16:00 can be fixed once started.

We supply flour and co-products for both group and private trade businesses, supporting the continued product development of the products and brands of our customers.
We have opportunities for permanent full time LGV Drivers with a C+E (Class 1) licence to join an experienced team, providing a first class service on behalf of our flour mill in the Port of Tilbury. This role will be to primarily service our bulk flour customers, delivering our products around the Southern region.

Deliver Allied Mills products on time and in full within the agreed time windows
Discharge bulk flour in accordance with our company safe operating procedures
Accurate completion of all relevant paperwork
Skills and experience required to excel at Allied Mills:
A great customer focus with a flexible and adaptable approach
Self-motivated and able to work on your own initiative, be punctual and reliable
Minimum of 2 years driving experience as a LGV driver ideally within the food retail sector
Experience of Bulk Powder deliveries would be advantageous, but not essential as training will be provided for all drivers joining our team. No ADR Required as this is a food grade tanker.
Preferably with full 35 hours Driver CPC entitlement – applicants without a CPC card will be considered on the provision that you meet the required calibre for this role.
Hours: Working pattern is based on an average of 48 hours per week over a fixed reference period working 5 days from 7. Due to the nature of our customers needs, applicants for this post have a flexible approach to duties and shift lengths.
Salary: £35,375 per annum with an additional £3,000 attendance bonus which is paid in addition to basic salary, subject to meeting attendance criteria.
