As a Shopper Marketing Manager, you will have responsibility for leading the delivery of effective shopper marketing programmes for Kingsmill, Allinson’s & Burgen across our key grocery customers. You'll do this through the creative development and execution of best in class shopper marketing campaigns. You will contribute to and help deliver the shopper marketing strategy and investment plan, including the evaluation of existing initiatives and working with the customer on ad-hoc corporate initiatives throughout the year.
This is a customer facing role and will require knowledge & expertise of the retailer environment along with experience of networking into marketing, corporate and trading teams.
The role reports functionally to the Senior Shopper Marketing Manager, however is also very closely linked into the broader grocery trading teams
Key responsibilities include:
Brand alignment and equity building in-store
Management of creative briefs with agencies
Account networking across trading, marketing & media functions
Sell-in of concepts with the account
Management of execution programs
Evaluation of shopper marketing programme effectiveness
Legal alignment of all customer initiatives
Negotiation and management of field marketing agencies/printers/media agencies to ensure best terms are achieved
Development and leadership of the communication and store execution plans for the account for strategically important initiatives
