Key activities:
• Maintaining employee files whilst ensuring the Company remains compliant with its Data Retention Matrix
• Scan and file all associated paperwork to employee files
• Update of HR systems ensuring integrity of data
• General administration and ad hoc duties

• Understanding of GDPR and data protection requirements
• Fully conversant in use of Microsoft packages (Windows 10 but not essential)
• Strong customer service ethic with a clear focus on quality, right first time
