We currently have 1 vacancies for permanent Full-time Stores Team Members within the Stores and Planning Department. This is a great time for a safety conscious and responsible individual to join the team as we are about to launch a project which will see new ways of working in Stores. Reporting to the Stores and Planning Manager, you will be required to work across all operations within the Stores Department. The successful candidates will be responsible for dealing with all aspects of material management from raw ingredients through to packaging and the management of the ordering and inventory processes.
Following all Health and Safety Procedures
Managing the silo intakes and discharging of flour
Goods in receipt of Goods
Quality inspection and receipt of ingredients/packaging
Stock taking, control, allocation and reconciliation
RSPO mass balance and monitoring
Forklift driving/unloading vehicles/movement of stock and goods to holding areas
Stevens scale system set-up, training and recipe auditing
Ingredient usage monitoring/variance/updating BOM within SAP System
You will need to have a high level of safety awareness. You will have an organised systematic approach, methodical & organised, with positive communication skills and a desire to influence good practice.
Applicant should preferably have a fork lift licence and relevant experience in a food manufacturing stores environment.
This is a salaried position, working a rotating 4 on 4 off dayshift pattern averaging 40.25 hours per week, however flexibility is essential due to operational demands.
